Orders are processed for shipment during normal business hours only (Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays).
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address, refused shipment or ordering the wrong product.
Pure Extended Life reserves the right to select shipping carriers that offer the best service and price for the given shipping address.
Pure Extended Life DOES NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Pure Extended Life DOES NOT deliver internationally.
Pure Extended Life does not pay for international duty, customs clearance, brokerage fees or taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
All orders are processed securely by a representative. Providing correct contact, billing and shipping information will ensure a smooth transaction. Any information that is missing may delay the order until all information is collected and processed.
USPS and UPS shipping options are available for the continental United States. USPS shipping options also include P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as Military APO and FPO zip codes.

If a package is lost during shipment, the customer will not be liable. The merchandise will be re-shipped free of charge.
There are no insurance services offered for any carrier or method of shipment.
AHC DOES NOT offer Delivery Confirmation when shipping to APO/FPO military addresses.
Tracking Number – Tracking Numbers are available for the method. UPS will scan ePure Extended Life location your package passes through and will have detailed information about your shipment.
Business Days – UPS has a 5 day work week (Mon – Fri) and packages will only be delivered on these days. The USPS has a 6 day work week (Mon – Sat) and packages will only be delivered on these days.
Pure Extended Life must be notified (within 10 days) of delivery of goods when defective, damaged, missing, and/or mis-picked products have been received to be approved for credit.
A full 100% refund of the purchase price will be immediately issued, including all shipping costs, upon receipt of your return.
We do not accept returns of opened merchandise unless the merchandise is defective.
What is defective? **Defective is defined as damaged pills, deformed pills, mold, mildew, visible condensation, broken seal, severe discoloring or other deformity. This does not include external packaging (box) damage.
